okay, oh gosh.i'm feeling super,uber fat now.seriously.maybe its cos of the monthly thing. but no i really put on weight lah!okay so i shall plan what i eat.=)[i know i put on weight even if you haven't noticed so don't say anything! i just need to write this somewhere. =)]for 17 dec.. tmr.BREAKFAST:NOTHING.LUNCH:some breadtalk bun or smth that don't need to sit down and eat.DINNER:whatever daddy cooks. but not more than 5 spoons of rice!and not more than 2 scoops of each dish!!SNACKS:i shall die without my kinderbueno.so ONE kinderbueno. =)okay done! just needed to write this down.yay. i shall not put on weight. MUST LOSE WEIGHT!k then. byeeeeeeeee. loves. =D
